Over time, yogis have attempted to describe and utilize their own personal experiences, guiding their pupils through a class with a range of language and techniques.
I provide a judgment-free class where you yourself can experience these positives changes in your body and mind with your own understanding and interpretation. I am here simply to offer guidance and help.
